About The Property Inspector

The Property Inspector was established to enable you, the investor, to be as informed as possible as you enter the largely uncharted and less regulated property market in North Cyprus. With current growth in property development and ever-increasing land prices, we aim to ensure that the many reputable companies that do operate here with good intentions are given a prime forum for having their developments assessed and inspected to very high and exacting standards. Additionally we hope to influence the industry to self regulate, thus avoiding having the Government and Local Authorities impose unnecessary legislation, which could otherwise impede progress and frustrate both the client and the developer alike.
